My name is Ulrika and I am the owner of Spoons for Thought.
I have a unique background as I have dietitian registrations in both the US and the Netherlands. I have lived in New Orleans for 13 years and worked in multiple hospitals before moving to the Netherlands. To add to the multi cultural equation, I am born and raised in Sweden!
I speak Swedish, English, and Dutch.
My mission is to increase your nutrition knowledge and confidence,
